During 1996-1998 she completed the PhD courses in Public Law at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and presented a dissertation on public intervention in housing (“La intervención administrativa en la vivienda. La actividad de fomento y los planes de vivienda”). During 2000-2001 she carried out legal teaching tasks at the Administrative Law Department of the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (Tarragona).
